This commercial job required very detailed cleaning throughout the kitchen area. We started by wet washing ceiling grids and sponging the ceiling tiles. The walls and all contents had to be cleaned as well as all stainless steel items. Due to the heavy grease, we used a heavy duty degreaser, scrapers, and steel wool pads. Scrapped and scrubbed tile floor under items and roto-cleaned the floors. Scrapped grease from the fryer and the grill; also cleaned the refrigerator.
